Terms of Service
1. Who can use OutfitterCrew
OutfitterCrew is for hunting and fishing outfitters in the United States and Canada, and for the guides, field crew and lodge or operations staff who work for them. You must be legally able to work in the country where the job is located, and every account must verify its email address.
2. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish: your experience, certifications, licences, availability and, for outfitters, your business details and job listings. Misrepresenting experience, credentials or an operation is grounds for removal.
3. Candidate privacy
Candidate profiles are private. They are visible only to verified outfitter accounts inside the platform. Outfitters may not republish, scrape, resell or redistribute candidate information, or use it for anything other than hiring for their own operation.
4. Hiring relationship
OutfitterCrew is a platform that connects outfitters and crew. We are not an employer, an employment agency or a party to any hiring agreement. Wages, contracts, housing, insurance, licensing and compliance with employment and wildlife regulations are entirely between the outfitter and the person hired.
5. Subscriptions
Outfitter access is provided by subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Candidate accounts are free.
6. Acceptable use
No harassment, discrimination, fraudulent listings, unpaid-work listings disguised as jobs, spam, or automated collection of data from the platform. We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules.
7. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant OutfitterCrew the licence needed to store and display it to the intended audience: publicly for outfitter profiles and job listings, privately to verified outfitters for candidate profiles.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features and these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OutfitterCrew is not liable for hiring outcomes, conduct of users, lost income, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
